Keo is a Romanian singer, songwriter and producer with over a decade of hits in his catalogue.
He started his musical career in Switzerland, where he fronted “The Park”, a pop-rock band whose debut album peaked at #3 in the Swiss Charts. Their local success helped them land a spot as the opening act for David Bowie’s Montreux concert.
He moved to Romania in 2005 in order to focus in his solo career, releasing his debut single “Azi vii, maine pleci”. The song topped the Romanian charts for 3 straight months, as well as peaking the MTV Top 20 after just 3 weeks. “Fara aripi”, his debut album, followed soon, being also certified with gold.
Hits like “Liber”, “Viata noua”, “In ochii tai” cemented his status as the new pop-rock sensation of the industry, being helped by a high-profile relationship with the popstar Andreea Balan.
Aside from his solo work, Keo achieved success as a producer by working with artists such as Alexandra Ungureanu, Andreea Balan, Blaxy Girls and Anna Lekso.
In 2017, he launched “PianoMania”, a series of concerts where the artist would reimagine his favourite love songs from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, playing intimate gigs alongside his band throughout Romania.
